No one is able to help, contentiously placed on hold for it to hang up. I spoke to over 30 or so people and I get the same script with no resolution.

Rode with Uber 2.1 miles 7 minutes and charged $43.00 will be searching other options

Uber are horrific, not only are they a money laundering service they’re also a bunch of con artists; the inward help service only brings more issues; “help lines” are just money laundering schemes as no one can actually ever seem to “help”. It will only be a matter of time before uber have their day in court; avoid at all cost

My wallet was compromised account closed and they opened a new account a year ago.Same phone and email for 6 years.Inside corruption In UBer. Money gone ,no help from customer service.It’s the principle now watch your wallet or try another service.Thieves

I get bad ratings for things like the passenger giving me the wrong pin location and then the employees use that as a point against me to kick me off of the app. People report me for not being polite but I haven’t done anything wrong. Out of all the rides I’ve given I’ve been kicked off after a short period of time using the app just after 5 bad reviews.

They came up with the wrongest excuses not to let me be a driver. Somehow someone left the wrong pin like I picked the location and that was the final straw

Service, delivery and returns and refund!! I placed an order with the restaurant called Yoshi here in Temple Texas. Three people have picked up my order and no one brought it to me so I canceled the order before time. I called the restaurant to see if anyone had came and he said they sent it off about 25 minutes ago, so I contact customer care and they tell me that they can’t refund my money because I’m the one that canceled before the time. Athough I did cancel before the time they already told me they sent my order out at the restaurant. I placed an order with the restaurant called Yoshi here in Temple Texas. Three people had picked up my order and no one brought it to me so I canceled the order before time. I called the restaurant to see if anyone had came and he said they sent it off. I explain this to customer care and they did not want to refund my money. I cancel my subscription with them and deleted their app. They are most definitely crooks. I don’t care about their customers. I spent well over $600 with him in the last two months that’s how often I use the service. So they will never get another dime for me and if I need to go get food now I’ll take a Lyft.

I wanted to remove my card details and Uber decided to deduct a 500r for there annual subscription …I want my money back or I will take this further . you don’t even have a customer service line to phone

Don’t ride uber there service has gone down hill tremendously and when you pay or request a Premium SUV they send you something smaller then an uber XL. Today I was in a rush from one airport to get to the next one. And received a vehicle where my family did not fit and driver requested two kids sit together, make a stop at a gas station, drive locally and then ask for extra money to get on hwy and express toll. 😳🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. After eight years and having thi happen being a 4.93 customer and the manager by the name of Hector that I spoke with to handle the situation and wasn’t very concerned about my family safety as well as the mis leading information of the vehicle. I will be ending my account. Good luck if you continue to use UBER i shore will not.

I used to be a driver for Uber and I lost my login info. I used an authenticator and since it's been more than 5 years I last used it, I no longer have that authenticator and lost alll ways to login. After 7 (SEVEN) agents, I'm still without access. Chat agents don't even bother to read what you are texting. I'm explaining I can't login and they right away go for "I have made some changes in your account... please follow this link". The link? just to get to the app! I know how to get to the app and nothing. The last agent identified as a "supervisor". This time I requested an account deletion since I can't access it. Her answer? ... "LOGIN to your account to delete it yourself"... "Dear lady, I CAN'T LOGIN!... anyway, I'm sorry to say it's possibly the worst customer support system I've seen in my life and I've seen bad!

Just a Scam, they precharged me the Uber One 1 day before and wanted to ask to cancel it and don’t charme me on the card but no one answer me. That’s a scam. Never use Uber again.

Delivery driver clearly stole my food, drove by my house without delivering and then drove off back into town. Contacted customer service by live chat and they told me to keep waiting then closed the chat, contacted them again and they closed the chat again. Contacted them one last time saying if they don't sort it I'm going to dispute the charge with my bank. Finally they gave the money back.

IF I COULD JUST GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD WTH IS WRONG WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS THEY HAVE BEEN TOSSING ME AROUND I WAS CONTACTED WITH 6 DIFFERENT AGENTS AND NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME I WANTED TO CANCEL AN UBER ONE MEMBERSHIP TRIAL HOW FCKING HARD IS THAT!

I had a problem that wasn't listed and the phone number and email don't work. Live chat was impossible to get to. Love Uber, customer service not so much.

A sham. They will disable your account at will, give you no explanation, and treat you like a criminal. One of the worst apps I have in my life used. No human to speak to either.

My experience with Uber for my son's trip was initially promising, with a quoted fare of $12.39 plus a $3.57 booking fee, which seemed reasonable. However, I was dismayed to find that the final charge amounted to $21.13 without my consent. This sudden increase in fare was unjustified and left me feeling taken advantage of. Throughout the ordeal, I maintained constant communication with the driver to ensure a smooth pick-up process. Despite assurances from the driver that he was at the correct location, my son had to wait, as the driver was not present. It was only after some time that my son spotted the driver arriving, which added to the frustration of the situation. The fact that I was charged an additional $5.17 without explanation raises suspicions of potential driver misconduct or a glitch in the system. Furthermore, I am disappointed that Venmo, the payment platform used, did not notify me of this unauthorized charge, compounding my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. This incident serves as a cautionary tale for others relying on Uber's services. It is essential to remain vigilant and aware of potential discrepancies in fares and charges. Hopefully, by sharing my experience, others can avoid similar issues and be more discerning when utilizing this form of transportation. In addition, I was unable to get in touch with anyone from customer service.

I drive for Uber and have almost perfect record signed up to drive again have been told for last 3 weeks just wait a few days well 3 weeks later still not been ok’d so I just finished application with Lyft and wait for them

I was charged almost DOUBLE for an Uber ride and my driver scanned me into giving him $15 bucks because I asked him to stop at a gas station super quick so that I could get something to drink because my sugar level dropped! Uber is a SCAM and nothing ELSE but a SCAM! I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!
