Uber had the worst support ever. My items were missing from my order. So they ask me to take a picture of the receipt and the food that arrived. Don’t you already have my receipt since I ordered from you? Then they tell me that everything was delivered so they won’t refund me. What!!? Either I’m talking to a bad AI bot or a person that shouldn’t work with people. No refund granted. Not even partial. Not even a credit. Nothing. They closed my ticket.

Driver is demanding more from the Amount which is showing. If not agree they are asking us to cancel for that Uber is charging cancellation fee from us.

Some markets they dont even tell the driver where the passenger is going. So I waste time ordering, and driver says no to trip, next driver says no to trip. This shady practice makes uber a truly evil company to its workers. The one driver I do get, I find out that Uber takes up to 65% of fee, and driver usually gets 35%.

Last week I took an Uber from JFK to Stamford Ct they charge me 170 dollars Going to JFK was 100 dollars That wasn’t the problem The driver was very careful driving at 55 to 60 miles taking care I guess with his new electric car I was traveling internationally I was extremely tired and he didn’t know even where to park I was waiting at the Uber pick up outside so.. I have to walk with my luggage to meet him in the wrong place that I have to hurry because the airport employee was asking him to move his car After two more hours of trip I finally get to my house Two days later I was putting my staff away from the trip and I notice that one item of luggage was missing There was like a neck pillow but is fill with clothing I try to contact the driver many times and no answer I contact Uber customer service They said a lot of things that for me don’t make sense like your responsibility your fault we are not responsables we have bathing to do I was getting so aggravated so they said they going try to get in contact to him and I ask when they are call me back and they said just wait on the phone One, yes one minute latter they said that the driver checked the trunk and nothing was found and I’m pretty sure he didn’t get in contact with the driver at all

I ordered meal and the drink option was sparkling water but i have received Still water. And also multiple times the person on the delivery details is different form the person who is actually delivering. Its it liagel

They don't honor promotions they send through email they'll go through the same song and dance over and over again and nothing will get resolved. They say they need pictures and once you send them proof they transfer you to yet another useless team of "specialized agents" I was going to delete my account once it was resolved but I understand that it'll never be resolved they'll just have you going in circles until you give up

My son and I took an Uber to the airport the guy had an electric car that died about 5 minutes from the airport. We barely made our flight, the driver said he would refund us our money and that has not happened yet! There is not a customer service number for riders to actually speak to someone everything has to be done in the app. Everything is not covered in the app this is unfair, people work hard for their money to have someone just take it. Once this is resolved I'm deleting Uber

I've been an ubereats driver for nearly five years. I have needed support somewhat frequently during that time. Support agents consistently send unrelated pre-typed responses, fail to acknowledge what I'm saying, end the chat/phone call before the issue is resolved and have actually cost me a lot of money. Pretty much useless.

What can you do if you try to CANCEL a RIDE AND THE DRIVER WON’T ANSWER THE PHONE? DRIVER WOULD NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME. I Made a mistake trying to SCHEDULE a RIDE for SATURDAY, the 8th. COULD NOT CANCEL IT. There’s no place to CLICK (MISTAKE- TRYING TO START OVER) KIMBERLY has a LISTED PHONE 📱 BUT REFUSED TO ANSWER HER PHONE!!! Then Charged Me $14.???

They don’t know where the trip is gone from my account I don’t know if still safe to drive with Uber and I didn’t get any answer and accent was difficult to understand I spoke with them and I was as chatting with 4 agents on live chat I wasted 35 minutes chatting without any explanation so I did screenshot.

has scammed me for the last time. They double charged me $78.95, and this isn't the first time. As someone on a limited income, this is unacceptable. I'll continue speaking out and will never let them take advantage of me again. From now on, I'm using Lyft now

Work for Uber for just about 2 weeks, the second Saturday of my work my account was hacked. Can't get back on the App, my pay is gone, can't work have been on Uber support so many times and not one person has gotten back to me. Suppose to hear from risk management, today is 6 days since have hacked. Not one email from anyone in risk management. This is scary, never seen anything like this in my life. Owe me money, not sure what to do.

You guys are robots you follow scripts and there's no human interaction whatsoever there's no ability to make a judgment call there's no ability to look at something from another point of view you take the riders word for everything and you eat up your drivers thinking there's going to be in a supply of drivers I got another thing coming there's not you ran out of drivers now you're scraping the bottom of the barrel and you only have top drivers and zero drivers no new drivers

Our driver Sikuri in Chicago was excellent! He was on time, a safe driver in Chicago 5:00 traffic, that is where we need to go and the right amount of time, absolutely polite and helpful in loading our luggage to the airport, and I would highly recommend him again.

Missing food from Arby's(crinkle fries, 2 wraps, curly fries). No one to contact because the phone to the restaurant was disconnected and the driver doesn't claim responsibility or offer to help in anyway.
