Ordered a delicious Butter Chicken from Planet Spice here in Wellington. Wonderful as always. The Uber driver (Keyur) messaged me on the Uber app to say he couldn’t find my house. Instructions are clear. Place to park right outside my house. I am on the main road. House number is on the letterbox and the same number and flat number is on the house. Seems he wanted me to meet him at his car as he had overshot by nearly 200 metres, according to the camera outside the building. Keyur, I’m not walking that distance to your car to collect my meal. Sloppy and unprofessional.

Uber support is total garbage, it's very difficult to get support for certain issues, when you do speak with someone, very rarely are they any help at all. Drivers gets shorted on trip pay regularly, the app takes you on horrible routes costing time, gas and low pay and rarely will uber correct this.

Order up food and be patient. My order took 3h to arrived. I contact after 1h30 and accept to wait more they gave me 20% of compensation for the waiting. After 2h45 of waiting I contact them to get my order canceled and I got told that if I cancel I will be penalized. Which is annoying as the application show more stop was added. So I add to wait another 35 minutes to get my order.

You can also call Uber's toll-free number at (O629)llO-9674. Explain your situation and request a cancellation and a refund.

I requsted a ride and usually if the price is reasonable for me I will book it if its to high I will not to save money and now I have been noticing they have been pulling more money out of my account and to me this is just unacceptable. If this is there new method of taking peoples hard earned money in such an unethicle way, its very dissapointing.

UBER - NEEDS IMPROVEMENT- Support isn't always available. You are directed to read and resolve it yourself. Phone calls are automated pre recording of prompts. At the end call says no longer receiving calls. ONLINE: Many Uber errors app works 80% of the time. Wrong navigation routes, wrong pickup areas, wrong routes, pickups are to far from location to get to. Not all features work. Not getting enough rides. Verification selfie pictures are multiple times in one day. It interfere with getting rides. On ride get to many requests during a ride. Brings rating down. EARNINGS AND WALLET: Not 100% accurate has glitches skips and misses payment. Something is always going wrong with it. Uber Pro Card: Doesn’t pay you on time delay payment and payout. UBER error from programming development team. More complications. UBER RENTAL: Car prices for rentals are high. 3rd party rentals charge double in a week. Electric vehicles need to be charge 3x a day from driving so much. Gas rental every other day sometimes twice a day to fill up. When looking for chargers some offline, broken, prong to the gun charger is faulty. Being charged for chargers that don't work . Car rentals are not at there best conditions. UBER needs improvement and drivers need better pay

They kicked me out for the rides without telling me why. I can do the deliveries only. I tried to reach out to them, and they still didn’t give me the reasons why I can’t do the rides or both the rides, and deliveries.

If you order delivery through uber, you better pray and hope your order is correct. Any time I have something missing in my order or if something is made incorrectly and I report it to uber (even minutes after I recieved the order), they say "sorry for the inconvenience but your order is jot eligible for a refund". EVERY TIME! There is also NO customer service number. You're only option to speak to anyone is through chat and the chat responses are all automated responses. You never talk to an actual person.

uber eats have drivers that half of the time dont know where they are going to deliver food or drop off at wrong address and instead of listing a business as close they will let you place a order wait and then cancel cause the place is closing the worst I try to use uber eats very minimal

Problems with the Uber app. Things got screwed up and they claimed I canceled the ride when I didn’t. They pretty much gave a lame response and no phone number to call.

I wanted to ask a service to go to Tysons Center in the morning. It was very cold. Uber asked me to click a spot to be picked up, showing me four buildings away from mine, so I had to walk one block and a half. Why? I am wondering why. The service is not good the. I decided to walk and take my bus.

I had to order Uber eats three times. I changed address they would not allow that on app after order I called driver no help will not use Uber eats again. Regular Uber I had no issues

DO NOT BELIEVE that you will get $30 Uber cash if you join Uber One free for 4 months like they offer. I reply my Uber cash didn't show up after enrollment and they say they will response in 6 to 12 hours. 3 days pass and I kept reaching out. I open a new chat and am told not to open up anymore since it would cause " confusion". I feel that it is WAY too suspicious. Don't lie to people and give them the run around when they state their concerns. I've been a loyal customer for years. Such a shame.

Several times now I will go to order a Uber and before I can hit the confirm button the price has increased any where from 2 to 5 dollars. Shows how scandalous people and companies have become in the changing times. Think I’ll start using Lyft. They might be a bit pricier. But at least they are consistent
