“I want to shout out a huge thanks to Ben....he was a huge help, and was so kind in understanding. And trusting me with the issue I had. He sent out a replacement immediatly, without making me feel like I had to proove myself, or fight for "justice". Well done to Ben, as his kindness really matters.
