“Hemp seed oil, hemp protein and hulled hemp seeds advertised as Australian product but all packed in Australia from imported products. On the website stated I will get a gift - a jar of peanut / hemp butter, which was never delivered.”

Hey Anna, I think one of the team reached out to you and explained- we do sell conventional hemp seeds grown in Australia but these are not organic. Our organic products are packed in Australia and are Australian Certified Organic. We also confirmed that the Hemp Butter gift is for orders over $90, so unfortunately you didn't qualify this time.
