“ One of the worst decisions I have ever made purchasing from your website. The product was half full and didn’t even include a charger like the item specifically said it included. I am not satisfied with my purchase, and I am unable to get a refund. ”

One was leaking, would not hit or charge and the other tasted burnt on the first hit. I absolutely love this product and have been very satisfied in the past. I noticed that the square shaped pens are not as quality as the round shaped pens. I hope to get a refund or exchange…. ”

“ Hempzilla is terrible. I ordered pods and one package had completely leaked. I contacted customer service and instead of addressing my need for a exchange or a refund, I was told to wipe it down with a towel. This did nothing to solve the problem and I am now out $ that I really need. I will NEVER order from Hempzilla again! I say 0 out of 1-5. ”
