“The vape itself was busted before I got it and the oil was all over it . Couldn’t take a drag off of the vape. Only lasted a day or two with not many pulls off the vape. Overall I would not buy again”

I contacted customer service and instead of addressing my need for a exchange or a refund, I was told to wipe it down with a towel. This did nothing to solve the problem and I am now out $ that I really need. I will NEVER order from Hempzilla again! I say 0 out of 1-5.”
“I really enjoyed the products I received (vape pods). I was not able to get a hold of customer service or use my discount code but hempzilla sent me double the products I ordered to make up for it. I’m so glad they did because I ended up liking the free products they threw in even better than the products I had ordered. They are all very good but I happened to like the flavor they sent the best. if you’re trying to quit nicotine I highly recommend the Fruitloop milk flavored Vape pods. They’re crazy delicious”
