“Meh, I think its alright. My biggest complaint is the website. Especially the vape section, I wish they would tell you which cartridges were for which devices (I only see the juul ones) the product I ordered ended up not being the right one so I unscrewed it and poured it in to my other cartridge. Luckily the box told me what devices are meant for the cartridge. I just wish for some more information before buying, same goes with the vape juices how do I know which device I can use it for? I asked customer service and she acted like I was stupid but after following her directions I still didn't see the information I needed and ended up buying something else (which also didn't have the correct description). For the most part, customer service was nice, shipping took longer than expected (granted, it hit a Federal holiday) but I still paid extra to ship faster and it still took almost a week from NJ to MD. I'm not sure if I would refer hempzilla to friends or family. I'm still debating if I would give it one more try.”

Some of your products come with warnings and age groups and “if you take it you could fail a drug test”…yet you carelessly sent it anyway and still have yet to send the correct products I ordered or the return envelope for the mistaken product. “We purchase tincture Lemon Berry mint for our Autistic young adult grandson. He likes the taste and it helps with his anxiety. My complaint is that they don’t run specials or coupons for the tinctures ( same price since it’s beginning) and I tried the monthly delivery but ran into problems receiving it on time and ran out. Regular ordering has never been a problem we normally receive it in just a few days. It’s a great product”
