“I have still not received my order. I ordered items and paid for express delivery as I required my order for a hen party on Saturday (I placed my order on the Tuesday!). I have since sent two emails asking for a full refund and have been ignored. I will be taking the matter further. DO NOT order from this site.”

Hi Louise, Apologies for this, I have now looked into this and can see the order was placed on the 28th, it was then also dispatched on the 28th and put on the tracked delivery, this was then marked as delivered on the 29th to yourself or a neighbour by the Royal Mail. Kind Regards Lauren
