The sashes were fine as were 2 of the straw packets but one of the straw packets were covered in crumbs it was horrible

Hi Stephanie, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us and for providing the supporting photo. I am so sorry to see that your straws were received in this state. I completely understand your feelings towards this as we were equally shocked upon seeing your review. I have personally investigated into this situation and it appears the crumbs are inside the pre-packed straws, but please let me know if this is not the case. Obviously, this is not at all up to our, or our supplier's, usual standards and I am currently speaking to the supplier of these items as an immediate priority. Our warehouse work hard to maintain high standards of cleanliness within the department however this faulty item should have been noticed during the picking stage. As a result of this, our warehouse team will be participating in some additional training to ensure that our high standards are maintained throughout, so thank you for bringing this to my attention. We have issued a full refund for the faulty item but we will be more than happy to provide a replacement if you still require the item. As I mentioned earlier, we uphold ourselves to incredibly high standards and are very proud of the thousands of happy customers that use our products for their hen parties every year. I was really looking forward to using this as a game for everyone at my friends hen party. When we came to use it, I realised the bouquets all had to be cut out and were not stickers like a previous ‘pin the item’ I had purchased from else where. I’m not sure why the bouquets wouldn’t already come cut out or as stickers. Luckily we had blue tac with us to stick decorations up so we were able to still use it. Apart from that, it’s a cute and fun game to play with everyone at hen partys and give out a prize for the closest position.

Good range, quick delivery, reasonable prices However Couple of items were poor quality that broke too easily. Also no free returns unlike other companies I use.

Not too happy.... 1 gift bag ordered had a handle missing 1 gift bag had a big black oily mark on the handles 1 pack of bubbles ordered missing from package.

Product's were high quality. However they arrived 2 weeks from the date of order. The website states that it would be 3-5 days so make sure to order way in advance of your Hen Party as otherwise they might not arrive on time!

We do state on our website that our personalised items take 24 hours to manufacture and the 3 to 5 days you refer to on the delivery method are working days, as Royal Mail are unable to guarantee delivery over the weekend. Your personalised order was placed on a Sunday, and therefore we would be due to dispatch the order on Tuesday. Therefore I would have expected your order to be delivered by Tuesday 13th March. T-shirts took a little longer than initially planned, however all items ordered came together in one neat package and good value for money.

Goods came quick and correct writing on. However I ordered. Sash that came as a long strip of material opposed to a loop. I questioned this and didn't appreciate the response. Seems it comes with a sticky Velcro to loop.

When the hoodies arrived i was a little Dissapointed that they were not very thick but good sizing t shirts were as expected fit for purpose.

The t shirts are very small and didn’t fall all our part didn’t know they are small made - maybe let people know please if possible thank you as we maybe have to spend another £50 on them

Hi James, I'm very sorry to hear that not all of the t-shirts were a suitable fit for your party. Since women's UK dress sizes vary so much between suppliers, we do provide a size guide on our website with chest measurements to ensure you get the perfect fit. Our size 8-18 t-shirts are "lady fit" t-shirts made by Fruit of the Loom, so will naturally be more fitted, while the size 20-24 t-shirts are straight-cut, unisex t-shirts. I bought some party bags. They came with separate stickers for the bags. Unfortunately, the stickers bubbled badly and didn't stick seamlessly which is a shame.

Service perfect. Product rubbish. My shorts arrived a different colour to what was advertised and pretty .ugh see through. Very poor quality and had to order something else to wear :(

Sparkly design t shirts are really nice but the Bride Entourage vests don't look great on. The plastic writing all gathers up and you can't read what it says. Maybe I was just unlucky.

Products are good and quick delivery. Only problem was the bill payers and the delivery names were combined to make a new name and it caused a bit of confusion upon collection.
