“All arrived promptly and complete... unfortunately one of the mini tiaras was broken - but this was due to the type of packaging & a over keen postman! (Shoved thro top window)... pleased with quality of products purchased”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write your review, I'm sorry that you felt our service was not satisfactory. I have checked our email correspondence and unfortunately I cannot find any mention of damage to the tiara. We will happily replace any faulty goods so if we had been made aware of this, we would have issued a replacement. Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are rare occasions where we experience an inventory error. In this case, we contacted you offering an alternative or a refund as soon as we were aware of this error. I can only apologise for the confusion regarding the sash quantity, this was simply a human error. We did our best to ensure that the missing sashes were sent in time and since we had not heard from you regarding them not being delivered, presumed that they had arrived as expected. “I ordered sashes and money came out of my account, recieved an email a few days later informing me they were sold out. They should of been advertised initially as sold out. I have recieved a refund in the meantime.”
