“The delivery was very quick - thank you The quality of the t shirt I ordered was fine, and all the printing was good - the only problem was that the sizing was very small. I'd ordered a couple of sizes bigger than I would usually need because I wanted a baggy T Shirt - thank goodness I did, or I would not have been able to wear it.”

I am happy to hear your t-shirts arrived quickly and that you were happy with the quality you received. We do always urge customers when it comes to selecting the right size, we recommend measuring a t-shirt that you love the fit of across the chest and waist and matching the measurements up to those on the size guide. “This site has a very good selection of hen party personalised items at a decent price however ... I ordered personalised bottles for my bridal team and purchased them with a 48 hour tracker on a Saturday however it took a whole week to receive the items. Despite receiving a refund for the postal error I was hugely disappointed by the customer service. I had to email (first) to get an update on my delivery which I expected to arrive no later than Thursday but before emailing I tried to call (during my work day!) and stayed on hold for 17 mins before the call was hung up on the receiving side. After having the phone put down on me I sent a sharp email and received an email straight back which indicated that the office staff just didn’t want to answer the phone. Overall products are good but service wasn’t nice.”

It is far from our goal of giving every customer a great experience and I am sincerely sorry for the disappointment and lack of service you have received. Over the past few weeks the phone lines have been consistently busy and it has been difficult to get through so please accept my sincere apologies for this. We only have the one phone line so if our customer support team are on the phone you will be placed on hold. This is something we are working on to avoid happening in the future. We do have two members of staff working on emails so this is why you would have received a response a lot quicker. I have looked into you order and can see you did receive a refund for the postage charge and we did upgrade this to next day delivery to offset the delay in dispatching your order. “Received fantastic service and really pleased with the quality of the items received. Printed vests were much better than expected and despite a small issue with trying to contact the company which they did later resolve, I was very pleased with the service and purchases received.”

“Tshirts were amazing quality, the bride crew were delighted with them. True to size and nice material with a great print. I actually ordered all of them to say Bride to Be rather than Bride Crew - but the eagle eyed team at HPS spotted this and emailed me straight away to confirm the mistake!”

“I paid extra for 1-2 days delivery. Had to chase it and then they decided to send it out. Still charging me for extra postage. Then they sent 1 item missing. We were going abroad on a hen do and it meant I didn't have the little extras for the bride. Very disappointed and won't ever use this company again”

“T shirts were of good quality and fast delivery - the sizes however were most perculiar as most said XL depsite them all being different sizes. ranging from size 12 - 22 took us ages to fathom whose was whose!”
