“I ordered hen party hoodies and had about a million questions and requests. Nothing is too much trouble. Christina in the customer services department was amazing, so helpful. The hoodies arrived quickly and they look better than I thought they would. Would definitely use this company again and I’d highly recommend it to anyone.”

“Products were great they came on time! Only thing was the delivery, having asked for it to go in a specific place I still had to go pick up from the post office! Almost defeated the object of asking for it to go round the back! But over all the bride was happy with her dress up!”

“Ordered 9 Hen Weekend sashes. Not only did they arrive super fast, they were awesome. Fantastic quality and finish and very reasonably priced considering they were personalised with each of our names on the back. Really, really happy!”

“Great selection of products and a good place to start for someone that’s organising a hen party for the first time - you can basically get everything in one place! The personalised hoodies were lovely (a little bit on the thin side, but well designed), as were the badges, sash, tiara etc. There’s a lot of choice for each product too! There was an issue with my order and it was duplicated but instead of charging me twice, they actually called me to confirm and cancelled the duplicated order which was lovely and saved me a lot of hassle! Everything arrived on time and overall was great! Thank you :)”

“Product's were high quality. However they arrived 2 weeks from the date of order. The website states that it would be 3-5 days so make sure to order way in advance of your Hen Party as otherwise they might not arrive on time!”

Hi Katie, Thank you for taking the time to review your order. We are pleased to hear that you are impressed with the quality of your products. We do state on our website that our personalised items take 24 hours to manufacture and the 3 to 5 days you refer to on the delivery method are working days, as Royal Mail are unable to guarantee delivery over the weekend. Your personalised order was placed on a Sunday, and therefore we would be due to dispatch the order on Tuesday. Therefore I would have expected your order to be delivered by Tuesday 13th March.
