“Would have been fine but got something personalised and they put the wrong date on the item.Asked for a refund and replacement advised only could do one of the either.No time for replacement but received refund not including postage.Quality good”

“Item was fine however customer service was poor. I placed an order and within a few minutes sent an email to change one of the sizes on the t-shirt. Had a response a few days later telling me that t shirt had already been printed. They clearly don't read their emails. No apologies or anything. Poor!!”

Hi Katy, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We're always looking to improve our service so I appreciate your feedback. I am sorry to hear about this situation with your order. As you can appreciate these items are made to order so it is very difficult for us to change details once the order has already been placed. So we urge our customers to always double check the details at checkout as we cannot promise to be able to make any amendments. I see from email conversations between us and yourself there were a couple of days delay, but we did reply and we apologised for inconvenience in the email. We do try to get back to everyone as quickly as we can however during busy periods this can take 24-48 hours.
