“tshirts were spelt wrong poor quality with lines and cracking across the pictures when asked for replacements or refund they simply said no! and wanted me to return them paying for postage to inspect .... ended up having to spend another 90£ on new ones !! will not use again”

“I ordered some personalised bags, I had paid for express shipping - and I was told that they would arrive guaranteed on Wednesday 10th May. They did not arrive in time, they arrived on Friday 12th may (2 days late, even though I had paid for the fast delivery). The bags did not arrive in time for the event, and I was unable to use them. Very dissapointing service. I also tried to call and email a number of times on the 10th and 11th, with no response. Extremely dissapointing service. I shall not be using Hen party superstore again.”

“Absolutely perfectly planned from start to finish!! Couldn't have wished for anything more! It was easy to book & the payments system was fantastic! Then once we arrived everything was perfectly booked! No issues with anything! Apartment was beautiful and we couldn't have picked out better places for our activities myself! They made hen do planning so much easier as I didn't know where to start! Thank you so much! Xx”

“What a total nightmare. The order didn't arrive. Chased it and in their favour they apologised and said it would all be resent. 2 days later one item arrived, but nothing else. Contacted them again, appears only that item was reordered not the whole thing. Again, in their favour, they apologised again and said the items would be resent and would reach me the next day. Nothing arrived at work, which was the address I use for parcels. Got home to find a post office slip. It had been sent to my billing address, so I then had to go and pick the parcel up from a post Office Depot. Will. It be using this company again, and will. It recommend them to anyone.”
