“The website is not easy to use especially from a mobile. Also I wanted to arrange the words on the back of my t shirt in a certain way and it wouldnt allow me to do so. I also entered a colon and the positioning of it is all wrong. Also the sizes are extremely small . The medium size is more like a small. Spent £12 each on 3 of these so not good value at all. Would not reccomend.”

Hi Lesley, Apologies you are not satisfied with your order, I have had a look into your order for you and can see you have added colons to the back names, we would of printed then as they have been entered. We would advise to call if you want to make changes to designs or layouts, as the website is not designed to allow for you to do this. Our T-shirts are 100% cotton Fruit of the loom and we advise that they are true to size, apologies if you found the sizes to come up small, we have got a size guide available online with the measurements. “This is the second time I've bought from Hen Party Superstore and had a great experience both times. This time I ordered 7 customised t-shirts on Saturday afternoon for a hen party the following weekend. I'd chosen standard delivery and luckily they arrived on the Friday morning - just before we were leaving! Very quick standard delivery, but just to be safe I'd suggest you opt for a faster delivery option if you need them quick like I did! The quality of the tees were excellent and printing was perfect.”

“Ordered tshirts which are great. Fast delivery. Only flaw is I ordered the wrong size top and tried to cancel it which I thought had happened when I filled out the cancellation form but still received the wrong tshirt and still charged. Other than that would happily order again and recommend to friends”

“I never got the delivery on time. As a result I didn't have any of it for the hen party and had to go and panic buy the day before the hens. I have emailed you and hope for a swiftly response and a full refund. I will say on a positive note when it did finally arrive yesterday the stuff looked well, personalised bags on the smaller side to what I thought but they looked well. Such a pity they didn't get delivered when promiaed”
