“I ordered some personalised stickers, they arrived really fast. Really good condition and great value, excellent customer service as a women rang me up to discuss exactly how I wanted the stickers”

“I didn’t expect the items I ordered to be such good quality as they were so cheap, but I am so pleased with them all! All looks more expensive than it was. Delivery was quick, one happy customer :)”

“the t shirts are really good quality and so is the silver print, they came super fast too. the sizing is also good. Just a smidge too big I'd say so that's what I wanted.”

Hi Sinead, Thank you for getting in touch and we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service received. Our customer service lines are available between 9:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Our customer support email is support@henpartysuperstore.co.uk, and and we aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). I have looked into your order for you, and can see that your initial email was sent to our 'noreply' email address. Unfortunately this is a non-monitored email address, so the email would not have been received. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. We encourage all of our customers to contact us directly via the support email address, as this is a monitored support line (9:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday). An email was received by yourself at 16:14pm on Monday 13th August, which I personally replied to on Tuesday 14th August at 10:16am. It is important to us to ensure that all customers are happy with their purchase, and the service that they have received. So that I could look into your order for you, further information was requested via email. A reply was received from yourself at 13:12pm on Tuesday 14th August. Unfortunately we cannot always respond immediately to customers, and allow 24 hours for our support team to get back to customers. A reply was sent to yourself at 9:30am this morning, confirming the details of your order. I would like to confirm that your order has been received correctly, as the order was placed for our WINE-MOUSE/RED product. This is a single large wine bottle label, of which details can be found on our website. Your order was for two of the wine bottle labels, of which you have confirmed via email to have received. We offer Wine Bottle Labels, as well as Mini Wine Bottle Labels. These are different products, with different product codes, and so it is important for customers to check which label(s) they are purchasing. Details are available on the product pages. The mini wine bottle labels are a pack of ten, and the large wine bottle label is singular. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the incorrect product being purchased, and hope that you will be able to use the two large wine bottle labels on the upcoming hen do. “Bought the rose gold bride tribe t shirts. Quick delivery, items as expected. Some sizes are slightly small fit so choose bigger size if uncertain. Overall very happy with product.”

“Would have been nice I guess but Royal Mail didn't deliver next day as paid for because a signature was required, had I known I could have made arrangements, so didn't have them for hen party”

Hi Lorraine, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with us. Royal Mail's Special Next Day Delivery Service does require a signature, so they would not have been able to deliver if nobody was in to sign for it. We find that the required signature service is beneficial as our customers can have peace of mind knowing that their orders have been received safely rather than left with an unknown neighbour. We do state on the Delivery Information page that Next Day Delivery requires a signature, although I am sorry if this was not clear to you.
