“Foot soak bursted in box and destroyed 20 of the dips. The cap broke on some bottles and leaked. Postman delivered box all ripped and soaking wet.”

“Just wow ! ! ! For what I paid for 4 x cowboy hats I expected some flimsy/wear once type of hat to arrive, I was shocked, in a good way, at the fantastic quality, really sturdy, well made and they can certainly be worn over and over again, we wore them to a two year olds, cowboy themed birthday party and they survived 3 hrs of been thrown around and tried on by many, many sticky fingered children. Will certainly come back to the site and would (an have) recommended the site.”

“I was really looking forward to my hen night last week and despite ordering my items a week beforehand I'm still waiting for them two weeks later. I even went to the liberty of paying for 3-5 day delivery to ensure that my items arrived on time. That's £30 I'll never see again. Definitely won't be recommending your services to anyone else and will let them know how poor a service you provide.”

“The hair band was very brittle and the pink bride badge had already broken off when I opened it. I've since made my own as altho it was for a joke present it wasn't good enough to give. Won't be using again.”

“Recieved everything I asked for, quick delivery. Everything looks great good value for money, the only downside was the pink tiara and veil, although it looks pretty it was too tight and the bride can't wear it. But apart from that all was great. Thanks”

“Really please with the service. Not all our items were in stock and as well as setting the email reminders which let us know when in stock i was in touch with Lauren who confirmed each of our items would be in on time. When not enough of one item came back into stock she arranged for the additional to be added to our order and all was delivered together in plenty of time. Great range, excellent customer service and good value for money.”
