“I ordered a blow up man for my friend’s hen weekend. When it arrived it seemed exactly as described on the website and I was happy with my purchase. However, about 20 mins after the doll has been inflated it had started to go flat. When I looked closely I noticed there was a tiny puncture in the doll which had caused it to slowly deflate. I was really disappointed because, as the item had arrived only a day before the hen party, I didn’t have time to order another. I emailed the company straight away who responded quickly and asked me to send an image of the faulty product, which I did. The company offered a full refund and the money was paid back into my bank within a few days with no problems. So, although the product I ordered was faulty, the company were quick and efficient when dealing with the problem.”

“Amazing customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong colour t-shirt over a bank holiday weekend and had to leave a voicemail message. By the time I contacted them on the Tuesday my order had been changed and sent for delivery! Would definitely recommend!”

“Brilliant quality and super speedy delivery! I ordered 17 T-Shirts in various different sizes and each personalised. I opted for next day delivery which took less than 24 hours to arrive. All the shirts were perfect, no mistakes or imperfections in the printing and each shirt came neatly folded saving a tonne of ironing! Couldn't fault them and they all looked great!”
