“I ordered some long white gloves and when they came they were covered in brown stains, so they looked too gross to wear as part of my costume. I also ordered a fake cigarette holder to complete my Gatsby inspired costume which broke almost as soon as I opened the package. The products I bought were fairly cheap though so it’s fine”

“The quality is great, looove the bright pink feathers :]]] tho the packaging of my order was reaally damaged, dunno if it's the fault of post office or sb else's. All in aall, i'm kinda satisfied with the order.”

“I ordered a lot of things in the last sail before the veil collection it all came really nice , t.shirts and vests were lovely everyone was very happy with them , the service I received was also excellent, I have another hen party to organise next year and I will definitely be using hen party superstore again .”

“The only thing I rate about this company is the customer service was good. I paid extra for faster delivery as I was going away and when my order never arrived they were able to help rearrange my delivery free of charge. In my order were personalised lip balms but one was broken and what I received was actually 10 generic white lip balms with 10 stickers that you have to stick yourself. I would expect when you buy a product like this it should come personalised when you receive it. I understood the delay of my order as they were personalising my products where as they were just printing off stickers to sent to me, so I’m u sure why it took nearly 7 working days to ship my order. I’m not one to complain but disappointed with the service.”
