“The personalisation on the top was not in the right place as advertised on the website. As a result, the top is unwearable as it looks stupid. As I am in work between 9.30 and 4.30 in the week (a situation which I am sure is the same for most people) I have been unable to get hold of anyone. Poor.”

Hi Genevieve, Thank you for your message and we apologise that you have received an item that you are not happy with. I have checked the design and can confirm that their was a confusion with your personalisation and the design, and therefore a mistake was made, resulting in the wrong personalisation being created. Due to this, I have issued a full refund for the item and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We urge customers to contact us on the rare occassion that an error has been made, as we endeavor to rectify such problems as quickly as possible. “Sadly, I had to return my parcel but the service was amazing! Very helpful when I rang them about sizing, suggested ways around it that they could help me with. Returned the parcel without any problem and got a full refund immediately. Fantastic company would definitely use again and recommend.”
