“The website is very easy to use. I'd held items in my basket while I was waiting to confirm something - I completely forgot about them but luckily everything I wanted to order was saved for me. The staff were so helpful with all of my questions & were really quick at coming back to me”

“I was very pleased with the skirt it was actually good quality for the money. The service was quick and reliable. Just one complaint please stock a size 6 as the size 8 was to big and i had to alter it.”

“Made an order of 8 tops there was a mistake on website it let me order a colour for a style it didnt have , I got email making me aware of this and te ordered a more expensive style at no extra charge the customer service is exceptional will definetly be using again”

“I cannot praise HPS enough, in particular Christina who was so helpful when I placed my initial order of 19 (Bride-Tribe) t-shirts and also when I had to place last minute orders for a further three t-shirts. Nothing was too much trouble for her in ensuring my full order was received on time. I was so impressed that every time I rang up it was she who answered the phone as well as responding to my email enquires in the most quick and efficient manner. Such fantastic customer service is rare these days, so I give Christine 10/10!! All the hens were really happy with their t-shirts.. I was worried the hot pink colour would look a bit garish but they really did look fab with the gold lettering (so glad I didn't go for the black). Just a note for future shoppers, for those fuller figured ladies, make sure you choose the premium unisex t-shirt style as opposed to the standard lady fit t-shirts which are more of a closer fit. They have extra large unisex sizes in their warehouse which aren't listed on the website so you need to ring up/email them which is very straightforward. I would definitely use this company again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them - you won't be disappointed.”
