“Great products. My only negative is that the order process was very time consuming when ordering a batch of personalised tops in a variety of sizes and colours, having to input the same thing over and over x”

“I ordered at 10am and received all my personalised sashes, bride sash and badge by 11am the following day. Excellent quality and I'm sure our hen group will be proud to wear them.”

“Fast delivery cheap and cheerful- didn’t realise the personalised bag was a sticker you had to just put on a plain gift bag which I thought was a little shabby but you get what you pay for. Everything else great!”

“I recently perchased the hen party bags in rose gold. I was really disappointed with the print on the bags it was not rose gold at all. I will be emailing a complaint through.”

Hi Molly, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. I'm so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your gift bags. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a true rose gold foil paper print at the moment (although we are currently developing this option in our manufacturing department!) which is why we list the bags as featuring "a faux metallic print and not metallic foil". I must assure you that these stickers do look much more impressive once they're stuck onto the gift bags - they are our best selling gift bag design and we have received very little negative feedback about them. We do offer a gorgeous metallic rose gold print for all of our textile items such as tote bags and t-shirts which receive a lot of positive reviews. “I recently purchased 4 of the value sashes for my hen party. The delivery was fast, had an email to keep me update to date with the tracking. The sashes are good quality for the value range. Would recommend hen party superstore to anyone who is having their hen night.”
