“I ordered a tiara and due to the non existence packaging to protect it, it of course arrived in the post broken in two. Despite emailing you to advise this I have had absolutely no response to my request to provide a replacement.”

Hi Alex, Apologies the Tiara arrived broken, I have now sent you out a replacement. In regards to you not receiving a response to the email you sent, I have now looked into this and if people respond to generic automated emails sent they do not come through to the email address support@henpartysuperstore.co.uk, therefore receive no response, we are now looking into this and making necessary changes, Kind Regards Lauren.

“Poor quality printing. wrong order sent and no one responded to me until after 4 days of emailing and voicemaiLs. Bought personalised chocolates but you have to do it yourself, all chocolates and stickers come separate! Not as described at all!”

Hi Kayleigh, Apologies you are unhappy with the service you have received, I have just looked into this and can see we had the stickers re-made and sent out for you. Also we are looking into issues with emails as people are responding to generic automated emails and therefore receiving no response we are making necessary changes. Kind Regards Lauren
