I have checked the conversation logs between you and ourselves and can see that we have been emailing regarding the whereabouts of your parcel. The parcel was dispatched within 3 hours of the order being placed, to an address that we have confirmed with you. We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries as we find that they provide an excellent service, supported by a large proportion of our reviews listing quick delivery as one of our highlights. Unfortunately, as with all things, the deliveries do not always run 100% smoothly and parcels can occasionally get lost in the post. “Lovely design on T-shirt can’t deny that. Looks lovely. But unfortunately I have an issue with sizing. I ordered a size L to go up a size from my usual size I go for. It’s arrived and it’s more of a really really really small Size M more of a small if I’m honest. I’m gonna have to try and seriously stretch it considering it can’t be sent back as it’s customised. Kind of disappointed😟”

“Sorry but I am unable to write a good review. The item would have been fine but unfortunately the crown bit with bride to be was smashed to pieces due to not enough protective wrapping in the post. Complete waste of money!”

While we try to maintain the highest standards of accuracy, occasionally errors can slip through within the warehouse. We received your email on Friday 22nd and the replacement item was sent in the post on the next working day, Monday 25th, via Royal Mail's 2nd Class Post service.
