“I experienced an issue with the delivery of my order, luckily once I manage to get in contact with the company (which I found a bit difficult) they resolved the issue within 24 hours. Thanks.”

Hi Lucia, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. As discussed on the phone today, we are glad to confirm that your issue has now been resolved. Unfortunately we had not received any contact from yourself, due to a fault with our call back request form - please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. In regards to delivery, the order was placed with economy delivery, and therefore due to be delivered within 5 working days from date of dispatch. As the order has still not been received, a replacement has been dispatched today with express tracked delivery. “Outstanding communication and help with ordering a top that was on the website but had no option for colour size or style Christina was very helpful resolving the issue via email and ensured I got the bride top that I wanted for my friend to match the hen party tops :) super fast delivery and great quality vest tops would highly recommend:)”

“Have found them excellent - there was a slight issue with my order but they deserve the 5 stars for how they handled it. Sorted it straight away with absolutely no quibble, which I find is very rare these days. I would definitely recommend and use again.”

“I ordered a hen party personalised top along with all the other hens but I needed to send my own top in as I’m larger then the others lol but very quick service and even got upgraded on delivery as I ordered something off of their eBay store aswell. Luv my top An am very pleased with the communication I received from the company. Super helpful an kept me up to date on everything that was happening :)”

“Good quality t-shirts with a lovely design and allow for your own peronalisation. There was a mistake with my order but I emailed them about it, they replied straight away and had replacements in the post that day. Excellent customer service.”
