“I use a broker to take the stress of the rules, conditions, paperwork etc etc from me. Elsa was good at that. The rest, not so sure....”

“Your staff are always polite & helpful. If someone is not immediately available to talk to, they always ring back within a reasonable time. Your telephones are always answered promptly & premium payments easy to make.”
