“Had issues with sizing, even when downsized as per recommendation. Customer service team was rude. Wouldn’t bother getting a store credit so just gave the dress away.”

We are so sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us! We do our best to assist customers who email through prior to placing an order with any sizing queries they may have by providing them with exact measurements of the styles they are interested in if requested or we can also use customer measurements and sizing info such as weight/ height to help best determine the correct size for them before placing an order. We are also very sorry to hear you were unhappy with our return store credit policy for incorrect fit. We do make sure all customers have access to our returns policy prior to placing an order as it is located on our website visible for everyone to see. Our store credit notes also never expire and can be used on anything sitewide. Please email through to customercare@her-empire.com so we can assist you further with any concerns you may have! xx

Hi Susan, We are so sorry to hear this has happened! It's always best to email through to us if you haven't seen any updates in your tracking after 2-3 days so we can look into the issue asap for you! Now we are aware there is an issue we have looked into your order and can definitely see there is an issue with the shipping, normally DHL Express is very quick and we did dispatch your order same business day as you placed the order so it should have arrived by now. To resolve this issue asap for you we have now refunded you in full for your order as we completely agree 2 weeks and still no sign of the items is unacceptable. We have also contacted DHL Express and lodged an investigation to see what has happened to the parcel as unfortunately this is a very rare unexpected shipping problem. We have the team at DHL working on this now so once we have an update we will let you know. The item if found will still be delivered and you will now be able to keep the item for free once it eventually arrives as an apology from us for it taking so long! Like we have mentioned earlier this is a very rare and unexpected circumstance. We actually have never experienced this issue before with DHL Express, the delivery service is normally very quick. We hope now that we have refunded you in full to compensate once you do eventually receive your item let us know your thoughts again! We apologise again for the inconvenience this unexpected delivery issue has caused but we can assure you now we have been made aware of the issue we have now actioned for this to be investigated and resolved asap for you :)

“I’m absolutely in love with my dress and my top! The fabric is so soft and it fits perfectly! I finally found MY online store for dresses and such. It’s so worth it to pay the customs to get the stuff. Her Empire has the most beautiful dresses I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait to order more!”

We do try our best to provide multiple images and we now also provide videos of the styles to help showcase what the styles look like in real life :) This has hopefully since helped resolve the issue you may have experienced. “I had bought two beautiful white dresses for my honeymoon back in August. I ordered them last minute and contacted them to see if they would arrive before I left.
