“I had reached out 2x to customer service over 4 months and never heard back. Was really hoping to know when the Milana jumpsuit was going to restock the large size. I ended up ordering the medium and took it for alterations and really hoping it works for my bridal shower. Disappointed in the customer service but hopeful for the jumpsuit!”

“I have now placed 3 orders with Her Empire and it’s always an easy hassle free experience which keeps me coming back. My orders are all fulfilled within a day and shipped right away. We understand that it can be frustrating when an item doesn't meet your expectations. Please keep in mind that we do post the model's height along with the size of the dress she is wearing, as we want to provide our customers with as much information as possible. However, as you mentioned, the length of the dress can vary based on individual height or body type.
