“Very fast shipping! The order was shipped within about 24 hours. Very good quality product at a great price. I ordered the Zoe mini back pack. It's super cute with lots of useful compartments and is a fantastic size. It's slightly larger than an LV Palm Springs mini and the pockets and compartments are such a score! The overall aesthetic is extremely cute as well! Couldn't recommend this enough :)”

“does not look as good in person. im a medium in everything and this just didn't fit me. bought 2 other medium dresses from this site and they fit me perfectly. Im having trouble returning this currently. i'm kinda upset rn because i feel like i lost money from this purchase.”

We do state on our sizing info page that sizing can vary slightly based on the style and brand as we carry a variety of different styles/ brands. To overcome this issue we do encourage customers to email through to customercare@her-empire.com with any size queries they may have so we can provide specific advice tailored to your needs/ sizing info and also provide specific measurements for the styles you are interested in prior to placing an order to ensure you have as much information as possible regarding size/ fit of the specific style prior to going ahead with an order. Once again we are very sorry for your experience and hope to improve our services in the future.

“really loved everything I got, but one didn't fit. Im a frustrated because i want to return for a bigger size and not pay the $30 shipping fee. It costs too much to exchange something and I don't have any money so it kinda sucks online shopping.”

Hi there, we’re so sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your experience. Our returns policy is clearly visible on our website prior to all customers making a purchase. We do have to keep this the same for all customers to ensure it’s fair. Unfortunately at this stage we don’t have the capacity to offer a free international returns process as we are still a smaller business. However, this is definitely something we’re working on in the future! The store credit also never expires! It can be used on anything site wide. We have a range of accessories like bags and jewellery! It can also be used on a gift card. All of which make great options for loved ones
