“Ordered 5 seeds I think it was the 15% thc skunk only had one seed germinate and this was for outdoor grow the only plant I have is not thriving and has already started flowering .”

“I've used herbies for seeds many times, their shipping is quick and their customer service is great. out of the many seeds I've purchased I've only had one seed not germinate and herbies was quick to make it right and send a replacement. definatley recommend them to purchase good quality seeds from”

“I'm an experienced grower. I ordered 3 seeds and 1 sprouted but didn't grow, the others didn't sprout. They were kind enough to send 2 replacements after a bunch of proof I did germinate them correctly. The 2 replacements they sent were both junk as well. 0 for 5 from this company so I'll never use them again. Additionally, these were the smallest seeds I'd ever seen. I was skeptical the moment I opened the package. Buy somewhere else.”

“I was disappointed that, because I went past the 90-day guarantee period, one of the three seeds I ordered would not germinate. I asked for a replacement and, after some consideration, was offered the new seed but had to pay the $15 shipping fee. At that point, I realized that I was basically paying for another seed and declined the offer. The other two seeds are doing well so far but these will be the last seeds that I buy from this company since there are so many others out there looking for my business. Sad to say good bye.”

In your case, compensation had been offered in spite of the expired guarantee period. “I was in the middle of shopping for a new seed supplier (last one sent my 30 seeds and not one popped) and just reading reviews, etc. Ended up on Herbies. Did a chat with an attendant and asked for specific traits. She came back with suggestions. I told her I only wanted to spend $40 (not sending out hundreds ever again), bla bla bla....we worked out a deal I felt good about. They threw in 2 seeds free. This was on a Friday. Then I got nervous and hit the chat line on sat...and here comes the GOODNESS!! They are manned 24/7. Excellent help! Product shipped, wont be here for a week. TOTAL LET DOWN as I am only 3 states away. Well, they arrived in 3 days! Quality?? I put them in paper towel moistened with water and a little hydrogen peroxide (10:1 ratio). In 2 days I had centimeter roots!! Put in FoxFarm soil, and literally within a week of ordering, I had green leaves and roots. That's QUALITY, well cared for, fresh seeds. 1 is a little wimpy, thought I was going to lose him, but he's hanging in there. Wasn't worried, because I feel they would replace him if anything happened. Overall experience? 10 out of 10. This company cares. They gave me GREAT SERVICE on a little tiny order, they gave me GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT for a fair price, and they are 100% my new supplier. If there is a better supplier out there, they'll have to prove it. Herbies sets a WHOLE NEW STANDARD.”
