“Have received two orders from Herbies to NZ. Both arrived and were accurately tracked by Herbies. They let me know that the parcel had arrived. Great service.”

“I've placed a few orders with herbies .. the first 2 orders did arrive .. even though around half of the feminized seeds went hermaphrodite .. that was ok I delt with it Tried to explain .. not much help just lots of questions .. been growing for 30 odd years so not a novice ..next problem ..herbies states that they guarantee germination .. 1 of 10 germinated .. again no help lots of questions .. gave up on that ..never mind ..now my last order never arrived .. got caught at customs .. made a request after 3 months to try and claim the delivery guarantee.. and it's been a drama again and I'm still trying to sort it out ..at the end of the day ..you can get some nice flavour and genetics at herbies .. but beware of the drama you have to got through when it comes time to claim any problems that herbies states clearly on the website they cover as they will give you the run around .. I even was told by a herbies representative that their money refund system was down and she didn't know when it would be up and running again .. bad excuses . Wouldn't recommend herbies at all . Thanks herbies .. for the months of hassle and emails Tony”

“My first order was confiscated by customs in Australia. Herbies sent a replacement order to a different address. It arrived a week after being sent. I have planted 5 seeds and have had a 100% successful germination rate. I would highly recommend Herbies.”

“It took a month to get & Customs took my seeds, now herbies said they can only refund my money in bicotin, I didn't pay for it that way, they should issue a refund the way I paid for it, I sent the Customs letter showing it was taken,”

“Customer service from the team at Herbies was flawless. Due to issues with importing to Australia, Herbies were quick, efficient and did everything that they could to try and resolve the issue. Ended with a hassle free refund. Would 'highly' recommend!!!!”

“This was the first time ordering with Herbies, loved the range and prices. Package arrived quicker than I expected but unfortunately the seeds had been seized. Contacted Herbies who sent out another lot and helped with out of stock items. Sadly the second package was also seized. So really disappointed we didn’t get the seeds but very happy with customer service and happy we got our money refunded. Would have been 5 stars for sure if our seeds had arrived. Great range, prices and customer service.”
