“Made 2 orders first order all seeds were duds nothing sprouted 2 different people trying to sprout them in different houses both experienced growers and herbies did not want to know about it they wanted photos of which no one wants to send sounds like the start of an argument your never gona win and Second order didn't make it through it got pulled up in customs another 200 dollars down the drain be carefull ordering if your in Australia because they don't care if anything goes wrong Thanks for nothing”

“Customer service is excellent. Prices are acceptabley competitive & the freebies, (seeds) make the price even better. Delivery was somewhat slow last time but didn't adversely affect anything other than slightly raising anxiety levels 😂 Packaging however was less than impressive& was not sent 'stealth' but my maybe I omitted that when ordering. All in all would definitely recommend. Thanks guys.”

“Big difference from the first time I ordered with paying. I'm from the US and the last time I tried to order and pay It got kicked back several times. This time seems to be much smoother of a transaction and it took after one attempt. In my first order I was very pleased with the product overall. The only thing that was an issue was that I had 3-4 seeds that didn't germinate at all. I tried reaching out and got no response in regards to that. I figured since the seeds that did germinate did so well, and I absolutely loved the strains, I would give the company another go at it. The prices are fair especially considering you are getting free seeds in the order as well as the ones you order depending on what you spend. I can't speak for customer service or about returns or refunds because I didn't use those services. In my first order the delivery was very smooth and stealth. I have recommended them to my friends and family who were looking to purchase seeds.”

“The seeds I ordered did not germinate. I am an experienced grower and I know how to germinate properly. When I reached out for a refund I was met with resistance and a bunch of questions and pictures etc. to send in. I was not willing to take all that time. I just wanted a simple refund or replacement. Not a lecture on Company policy. Also, this email is about a month past when I received the seeds.”
