Seeds not coming thay keep ticking treat as abandoned on the mail when thay send it stupidly so post are looking for that now and opening it stop sending plastic packets with it shows up on x ray please refund my money you are not hiding it good at all

Wow, I am completely 1000% impressed with this company and Brandon. He is extremely knowledgeable about the plants seeds and species of each one. SuperVan, intelligent about helping you out with the selection. He has a great garden of his own. So if you get a chance talk to Brandon and thanks a lot man I can’t wait to start growing!!!

Prices are unmatched with this company. Customer service on this website is also unmatched, but customer service behind claims need help. After two months of my package being in the same location I assumed it was customs. Well got my package with only a hat and no seeds. Email customer service to get replies weekly and different "managers" each time.

All my seeds came damaged and then I finally I got nothing. Also I sent messages to support 5 days ago and nobody replied back My order #1026040

Received seeds in 1 week. Customer service was very helpful when I forgot to place order # in memo. Seed price was fair but shipping was a whopping $15. Shipped usa express. No worries about customs but still the same high shipping cost?

Herbies is a legit business. Unfortunately that is their only positive. I have ordered from Herbies several times with varying results. Shipping will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. This is too long, but expect it. If you have any issues with the product shipped (germination problems) the wait is much longer! I had a 0% germination rate from one of order and my nightmare began. I sent an email stating my problem with the product and asked to be reimbursed for it. The email was sent 11-28-22. It is now 1-12-23, well over a month later with no compensation whatsoever. To me this is unnecessary, unacceptable and inappropriate in any business. There are other options out there for seeds and clones. I would recommend making this important purchase somewhere else that values you as a customer and treats you with respect. Order # 1007197

We admit and fairly state that we are still experiencing certain overload, thus we can not reply any sooner, but you can always be sure that a proper assistance will be made. We have double-checked, and the compensation for the product has already been provided to you. As for the delivery - that does not really depend on us, we do not have our own couriers and offer different delivery methods, the customer decides which one they would like to use, the approximate delivery period is fairly stated in both our shipping page and at the checkouts. Customs confiscated seeds. They were sent in a package between a pair of socks. Notice has been received! Emailed "Claims" and due to traffic won't have a reply for another 10-14 days. AU. has the toughest bio hazard security. In a pair of socks. At least try to care!
