“Their customer support was great when I had a couple issues processing my order and I received my seeds in just a couple weeks. One of the free seeds looked damaged as well as one of the free containers but everything else was fine.”

“This is my second year dealing with Herbie's. Their prices are competitive and actually a bit less than other companies I have used in the past. They have a wide selection from which to chose. I like ease of the website in selecting and comparing varieties. The customer service chat person recommended two new varieties based on my preferences which seem to fit my garden plan for the coming year. Delivery of my seed order was prompt and the stealth package well designed.”

“Got my package today.....opened it up and was missing 2 strains. Emailed them and the email I got back said 7 to 15 days before its read. Then another 2 weeks for delivery. Not happy about being pushed back a month. Haven't even tried seeds. Will update if they make my order right but who does that? Who sends out an incomplete order knowing that we grow this stuff and a month can be brutal as hell to a grower.”
