“This was the first time ordering with Herbies, loved the range and prices. Package arrived quicker than I expected but unfortunately the seeds had been seized. Contacted Herbies who sent out another lot and helped with out of stock items. Sadly the second package was also seized. So really disappointed we didn’t get the seeds but very happy with customer service and happy we got our money refunded. Would have been 5 stars for sure if our seeds had arrived. Great range, prices and customer service.”

“My first lot of seeds were seized by customs and I received a notice around 1 month after order placed. It was a little while before my email was responded to by Herbies,to send another lot or refund. They sent off the next lot and after 6 weeks and non conclusive tracking details,I sent another email to them. They were quick to respond and asked me to wait another week for arrival of seeds to my friends place. They did arrive a couple of days later. In the meantime, I used another service and they came within 2 weeks,no issues. The seeds need to be better disguised,not just wrapped in a scarf.”

Hello, Thank you for the review. We do regret that this issue appeared, and we have fairly replaced the unarrived order as we have promised. It is true that we experience certain difficulties with the dispatches to the Australia, but despite possible delays - most of our packages do arrive intact. We totally understand that it might be faster to receive the package from a local supplier, and we fairly state the approximate delivery period, you can be assured that if any issue would appear - we will be there to assist with it Respectfully, Herbies

“First order intercepted but they resent it and it made it this time. I think reason so many get intercepted is cause it's sent registered mail. Unfortunately can't trust people to b honest about if package showed up or not n that's why they do it registered but I asked them to send it back same address in a card like it was my birthday n not register it just regular mail and if taken by customs this time I understood risk is all mine but showed up in 11 days this being the 5th package of seeds to arrive safely only one taken was the registered package. Replies to emails kinda slow but they r busy n shipping methods obviously not greatest but they made it right prices good n can't beat the free seeds bought 10 seeds for 62$ with shipping n got 3 free”

Hello Tom, Thank you for the review. We have double checked out records, and we had a dialogue, in which both of our parties agreed to send your order to the address you've provided. We have fairly warned several times that this order might not arrive due to the issue with the address provided and asked you if you'd still like to risk it. Your reply confirmed that you're taking that risk on your end. “Good websites, not so good customer service after ordering on 12/17/22,tracking now at 44 days with nothing in sight. I'm now told that they'll reship my order,but they request that I now provide them a new shipping address and customer name to insure receipt. Who is going to have their order shipped to another address under a different name,if I choose to have it sent to my name and billing address they won't honor the insurance or their guarantee,that's total BS!!!!. If your in the U.S be forewarned!!!!”
