“Great service throughout the whole process. I’m in Australia. Still got my order after being inspected by bio security and receiving a letter saying the seeds had been seized and destroyed I still got everything I offered and the bounds seeds that were thrown in. I don’t now how they pull it off. Absolute legends.”

“This company is amazing. This is my second order. The first had no issues with delivery. Although I did not have a 100% success rate with popping seed and growing to harvest with every strain. Skiskaberry, Skittles, blackberry gum and critical xxl have worked out wonderfully for me. The second order I had payment issues. Even after the order was cancelled I was able to use one of their alternative suggestions to pay and they shipped the order. Now that first attempt in the second order did not arrive but they quickly replaced my order and got it to me. I am looking forward to growing and experiencing a bountiful harvest from my new strains”

“Unfortunately, the first order we placed was confiscated by our country's customs. I informed the Shop about this and they sent me the same item in secret type and I was able to get it to Seed. I would like to thank the store for their honesty and kindness, including the fact that they sent me a replacement the day after I contacted them.”

“We placed our order on may 12 th and after the package sat in customs for weeks, we finally recieved it on june 10th. When i opened the package all that was in it was a pait of socks. This is unacceptable and i want my money back.”

“Herbies are great to deal with best customer service quickly to respond. But after a few packages getting stopped at new zealand customs I ask you guys a few times if it would be possible to change the colors of the evolope because I thought they were looking for that same color to pick out and destroy, lucky this one slipped though, but waiting 3 weeks to arrive from Spain and getting stopped at the border, is heart reanching. Try different colors with packages when sending to new zealand, I carrinty the success rate will double”
