“US order. Came quickly and with no issue. Package label said content was a scarf and I first thought, "what did my wife order now?" There actually was a little scarf with the seeds nestled inside! Repeat customer.”

“A US-based order (from an International Seedbank) was seized by US Customs due to lack of photo-sanitary certificate from Herbies or the Seedbank. Separately, Zelle was a method a payment. Now it is no longer available.”

“I ordered seeds through the black Friday sale. Waiting for my payment email. Clicked on it and payed. Then next day it says my order was cancelled due to lack of payment even though I went to their different site to pay. Now I loose out on black Friday sale and have to do the whole process again. Need to make payment on same page as ordering. Don't know why they do it. Makes more confusion and mistakes. Not sure if I want to put the order through”

“The process to biy seeds should be streamlined, when i biy seeds from othet sites im able to pay right away, insyead of waiting for multiple emails... I just want to buy seeds, not have a back and forth game of email tag...”
