“My first order of beans were taken by customs ( agriculture laws) and I contacted them and they replaced them ,even with the free beans. Great customer service. Quick delivery as well. Thanks”

“Didn't make it thru the first time called herbies and they got it to me second try. Customer service is top of the line. Yes it takes some time but for safety and security and some of the best seeds Herbies us on my top 3. Thanks for keeping your word.”

“Ordered October, and blamed holiday delays..after repeated requests for accurate tracking and no seeds, I finally got a refund end of December. Jan 18 got the empty package. Intercepted by US Customs. Herbie told me to change my name and address, Laughable....”

Hello Will, Thank you for the review. The information regarding the delays has been provided ahead of the order placement, thus the customer was aware of the possible longer delivery period. Once the package was considered lost in transit - which is not the action of Herbies in any way - a refund has been processed, currently received by the customer. “For the third time now I've received and empty pkt. Heerbies can not get them through customs if in Australia the whole experience has just cost me money,time and my sanity. I'd not bother again. I'd love to leave a pic but I received nothing so bit hard.”
