“Herbies worked with me over a period of about four months to get my seeds. They got confiscated at the border twice and finally I got them at another address yesterday. The staff at Herbies worked with me and it was easy to stay in touch with them & communicate. And I’m happy that 4 out of five are starting to show a tiny tap root so I better get my pots ready today. They started to pop overnight in rainwater I collect for them. I like herbs because you don’t have to buy 10 of one kind of seed at a time. And they didn’t give up on me. Thanks Herbies for the great service”

“A+++++++++++++++ My seeds arrived! In all honesty i was 50/50 that they would turn up! This company is absolutely amazing for every reason under the sun and moon! Every bit of communication was extremely helpful and with it being my first order, every question was met not with frustration, but with more help and understanding than I have experienced in retail 😁 they were even able to help find a strain to help with my partners medical condition which was above and beyond! Also a special shout out to Amalia and Michael, you guys are amazing! Thanks everyone!!”

“Well let me first say that I finally received my order, it got seized the first time around. The customer service is top notch, they were happy to help me anytime I asked and friendly. The first problem I had was when I purchased my Herbies USA order they instructed me to pay the Spain site which was wrong, and they could not pass the money over so I had to wait for international shipping and that got caught. then the second attempt worked but I did not get any of the novelty items that was promised in the website. When they offered my money back they then told me they could only refund in bitcoin, that upset me because I jumped through hoops to send them my money and I don't have bitcoin so I'm out of luck. I hope the results I get are what was promised per the description because if not then this whole transaction was horrible. But I am praying it will go well!”

“The seeds I ordered are complete to the extent that I am satisfied. But there are some seeds that the roots do not grow properly, which your farm has claimed for new seeds for me in ordering new seeds that I ordered... considered. Good quality seeds and responsible claims”

“I placed my order on Wednesday morning (3-15-23) and the seeds arrived in Texas on Friday afternoon. The price point was perfect. I bought 6 Wedding Cake autoflower seeds (buy 3 get 3 free) and they included a 7th seed for free. The total cost including lightening fast shipping was under $60. If you read the production rates for Wedding Cake Autoflower the ROI is phenomenal. I do have another order I placed several weeks ago from their location in Spain but it's tied up in customs so no telling how much longer it will take. Overall a fantastic buying experience, super fast shipping, and great customer service.”

“Ordered a number of seeds to Australia paid for the insurance unfortunately didn’t make it past Australian customs, was just a quick email to Herbies and they sent the replacement seeds they also didn’t make it through but on the next attempt no dramas got my long awaited seeds and an so happy”
