“Excellent communication, transaction and process. Hands down a stand up company. Didn't get through customs twice and still gave me a full refund even though I was ok without one. I would try them again and recommend 100% to others. Thank you Herbies for being awesome”

“Horrible service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Had an issue with payment and the support team did nothing. Stopped answering my emails. When I called they wouldn’t escalate to a manager. Never followed up or resolved the issue. The issue was a simple fix also they just couldn’t be bothered. Worst service i have ever experienced.”

“Got my beans after 4 weeks which I expected with delivery to N.Z. Found Herbies helpful with getting payment made through Wise. Stealth packing was a little lax, seeds in a cotton bag but they made it so hey ho. Will shop here again”

“Received the package in India in 7 days flat. I had trouble paying for my order on the website since I don't really keep crypto assets. The Customer Service team promptly attended to my request for alternate payment methods by email and sent clear instructions on using Wise. Herbies have gone above and beyond to help me out and deserve everyone's business and loyalty.”

“I placed order and paid. Delivery address was correct in Arkansas. The package was sent to Georga then return to Herbies. Herbies tells me,to wait return will take a while. They need to inspect return seeds and give me my options. Options? Ship my seeds. William”
