“I received an unknown package delivered to my door. I had no way to know that it was my seed order. It was a small tool kit shaped like a motorcycle. I had no idea that I had to disassemble it to find my seeds. When I contacted Herbie Seeds to Inquire about my seeds I got a chat window with slow response. Fortunately I was able to find my seeds by removing several screws and taking pieces apart but I should have been clearer what to expect. I could have thrown out or given away the shipment thinking it was just some random shipping error. I feel like a criminal engaging in covert operations. Did I just participate in a crime?”

“They show a Aus flag on the web page so you think it's in Aus dollars just for the price to double at checkout. Then you can't pay easily, you have to jump through hoops to pay.”
