“First time failed, second time with different name and address and the promise of stealth packaging... Package arrived after being opened by customs and they were kind enough to send me a notice of destruction. Stealth packaging was a cloth bag in an envelope, might as well have just chucked labelled containers in and saved 5 cents on the bag. Not happy I wasted my time here, yes lots of happy customers so il just chew a lemon👎”

“What I like about Herbies is there great customer service. They were very fast to respond to questions I had (via email) and made it easy for me to make a payment. Shipping was way fast…faster than I expected. Very pleased with this business.”

“Was dubious at first. First order sat still for 2 months after arriving at mail centre here. Spoke to costumer service, in 2 weeks the 2nd try arrived. To my relief. Great service. Just a waiting game now.”

“I ordered my seeds 29Nov22 and have had nothing but excuses and promises of receiving my seeds ever since. I received my package early Jan. 2023, with all of the trinkets, but no seeds. All Herbies has done is tell me to check inside the gloves, check this, check that and all it has done is slow down the process. If I had my seeds in the next week or so, I would be good for Spring, but I should be so lucky. Order # 1018134 Thanks HERBIES !!”

“100% Satisfaction Guaranteed : First time doing business with Herbies. I went in skeptical about the legitimacy but was met with wonderful people that convinced me of coming back for more. Unfortunately my order was lost through shipping, luckily the agents with Herbies were able to resolve the problem through live chat and offered to retry shipping methods. Definitely left me 100% satisfied with the service thus far, they turned an unlucky situation to a pleasing satisfying first experience. (USA)”

“Herbie's has the best customer service I've ever had anywhere. They are on top of orders and helping with all details. First time buying overseas. My order was at customs almost a month . When I asked by email how long they are usually in customs. They sent me out a new order. And I sent a bank transfer which they were very helpful in assisting me .
