“First time using this site and my Seeds show at customs for the past 10 days so still waiting for my seeds or guess will probably never see them.”

“Shipment was fast.. well as fast as most seed banks. Ordering seeds has always been a minimum of a 2 week wait no matter where I've ordered from. I live in the US and ordered directly from Humboldt same day placed my order with herbies. Herbies arrived in just over a week. The Humboldt seeds which don't have to be imported still haven't arrived.. everything was packaged and labeled clearly. Seeds look mature as well..”

“Bitcoin payment was confirmed very quick. I purchased buyer protection as I know how strict NZ customs is. The first order was around Xmas and just sort of dissapeared in the post. It was a bit annoying I had to wait 21 days till they would reship but understandable around Xmas. They were really responsive to my constant emails and provided me with regular updates. I recently got my order resent (my fault for the delay I got sidetracked from asking for it) and it arrived super quick in less than 4 weeks. Haven't started growing yet but hopefully they grow nicely. It's hard to get nice strains in NZ”

“Was expecting the seed to come in a plastic container like shown on the picture. It was loose in a bubble wrap bag. It showed up and usps must have smashed the loose seed. It showed up very quickly though. Thanks.”

“So customer service is very good, the prices are competitive, delivery in my case the first time it got stuck in customs but I let them know and they resend it to another address and this time it came quite fast thumbs up for this site definitely going to buy it again.”
