“Got my package today.....opened it up and was missing 2 strains. Emailed them and the email I got back said 7 to 15 days before its read. Then another 2 weeks for delivery. Not happy about being pushed back a month. Haven't even tried seeds. Will update if they make my order right but who does that? Who sends out an incomplete order knowing that we grow this stuff and a month can be brutal as hell to a grower.”

“Don’t buy from this place I waited 3 weeks only to receive a cheap white drawstring bag and a mail interception notice so much for the stealth packaging and every time I call the number they’ve provided it rings a few times then I get a we will call you back they clearly don’t value there customers I wish I could give no stars”

“I've found that herbies have been honest friendly & prompt I've received some orders & ones I didn't they replaced or refunded without hesitation I highly recommend them & their now my go to store.seeds are always as stated & have a high level of germination.”

“ordered my seeds the package arrived its contents had been cut open and taped back up with green tape which i know is not their fault inget that but i never got them and never got a customs letter the tape didnt say anything on it now trying to get a reorder sent to a different name/address now they are out of stock of what i ordered originally but it takes so long for their claims dept to answer just one of my emails it has taken almost a week per reply i get they are busy they have alot of customers but it is frustrating i just want to reorder something different if i have to it should not take this long my order came like 27 of December 2022 i still have nothing figured out they said they were out of stock of my order so they would have to do store credit i said thats fine sounds good to me now i wait for a reply its already been almost a week i sent my reply within minutes of when he sent his”

Thank you for the review. It is true that we are experiencing huge overload currently, which causes us to reply in queue, and indeed the reply period may exceed one week. We fairly and melt it and warned about that prior to the order placement, currently we are doing our best to overcome this obstacle and get back to our reply within 24 hours policy. “As I've been ordering from herbies for a few years now an had no problems with them at all up until now, it's taken 4 months for them to sort out my order that had 0% germination on one lot of seeds I ordered an also the seized orders from Australia customs twice that I've asked for refund from every time I've talked to claims depart which has been 4+ times just seems to be getting a little ridiculous I've had one last shot at getting beans from them an if I get a shirt, socks, gloves or open tea I won't be happy I'd just like yous to refund my 149 Euros or whatever is like yesterday thanks but no thanks”
