“communication ok delivery ok Interesting packaging, best transport protection. Out of 9 seeds planted, 8 sprout after only 4 days. More is not possible. Thank you from a satisfied customer”

“I have been told on 3 occasions that they would refund my money as the seeds never arrived. It is one lie after the other. Don't use them”

“Was concerned possibly my package was lost. Live in the states and it by-passed me at least 3 times and got forwarded to wrong city 30 miles away. I checked package when I received and Herbie's had all my shipping info correct. USPS is very slow, obviously need some educated help or someone that can read and process mail correctly. Was a good experience and received what I ordered. Have not tried them yet but I think they will be great. Just be patient if live in the states because USPS is SLOW”

“Second time intercepted, try listening to complaints and changing how you “stealth” deliver. You might and well write “seeds inside please open”. On the packaging. Yes I have sent photos and this time I have asked for a refund. But from reading other reviews I an either going to wait forever or get the run around. Do not use herbies if you live in Australia.”

We have received your recent email, and the reply will be provided within the promised time frame, it is in our interest to resolve any issue appeared as fast as possible, the runarounds would not make any of our customers happy thus we are not applying such practice. However, if any, details need to be clarified - we will have to clarify them prior to the resolution.
