“After my payment cleared; I got my beans in just nine days (United States)! Initially I had a problem with the payment process. I was trying to pay by bitcoin and just couldn't figure it out. Customer service helped me by recommending a site called Wise (https://wise.com/us/) Wise (after a no hassle straight forward sign up process) allowed me to make a bank transfer using my debit card. Super easy process and like I said; I got my beans in just nine days. That's incredible! The price was great too! Herbies is definitely my new go to. Awesome selection, great prices, good deals and superior customer service. Will be ordering again for sure.”

“Had 2 goes at getting seeds. But both stopped at boarder. Stealth shipping left a lot to be desired. Instead of postal bags maybe plain envelopes could be used. Other than non-arrival of seeds I was very happy with the service.”

That is indeed an unpleasant situation, we are constantly improving our stealth packages to avoid such an ubsticles, but even so it is rarely but possible for a package to not arrive.
