“I bought 5 seeds of apple betty from herbies and 3 seeds of white widow from rqs. The delivery was fast, but 2 of the white widow seeds didn’t germinate. At first, I was upset and wrote about it in the online chat, but they helped me resolve the issue and sent a free replacement. Thank you”

“Nachdem ich mit meiner ersten Bestellung echt Pech hatte was die Keimrate anging, hat man mir zu erst sehr ausführlich versucht dabei zu helfen meine Methoden zu verbessern als das auch nichts half, hat man mir ohne weiteres Ersatzsamen geschickt. Klar ist schade um die Zeit die verloren ging allerdings hat "Herbies" im Rahmen ihrer Möglichkeiten alles getan um mich zufrieden zu stellen.”
