“"From NZ..... ordered my seeds, they arrived within two weeks, had issues with seeds germinating 30% strike rate🤦🏻‍♂️ go back in touch with herbies, they resolved the issue by sending me replacement seeds, the customer service you get from these guys is amazing and although I'm communicating with them from the other side of the world, emails are promptly answered by a very helpful team that has customer service at the top of their list, if your in NZ (or anywhere in the world) and were thinking about using these guys, and were hesitant to so as i was being such along way away.....don't be, pull the trigger on your order and sit back and wait, my m8 down the road put in an order, it didn't make it, so we got back in touch and again were provided with an awsome customer service team, who once they could see parcel hadn't made it through, promptly re sent the order, no stress, these guys go the extra mile to you what you've ordered 💯%😎👍🏼”

“So far so good , got what I thought was a pretty good value for my money. Spent time with their online staff helping me make good choices. Three different people helped me at different times . They were very helpful! Free shipping is a big deal to the customer. 😊”

“The shipping was very fast (5 Days ES-GER) Was packed good and comes with a few Bonus Presents. (Extra seeds & some more Bonus stuff) Prices are fair. The germinate quote is Like it should be (works all normally, If the diameters right) The Support answer my questions & helped me. Cant say something could be better. Thumbs Up & thank you, will Order again. (I am Not a beginner & ordered in different Shops since years, If you are undecided where to Order, herbies is a good choice) Best Greets Fabian”
