“My first trying Herbies. These guys are awesome.. Thank you.. (it’s so hard to get it here down-under) 20 days from when they said item was shipped. Im yet to start but I’m just so glad they arrived. When I contacted them, they were so quick to reply. Really appreciate your help. They even gave a few freebies and that’s awesome as well.. Once I’m out, as Yoda would say.. “ordering from them I will”!! Thanks Herbies and for the freebies!! Keep up the great work!! 👍👍”

“Regrettably, my order did not make it through US Customs. Herbies refunded my money promptly and with no hassle. :) I'll use their US website in the future,it was not active when I placed my order, unfortunately.”

“This is my 3rd time ordering from Herbies. They have a great selection and great prices. My shipment was seized by US customs and I used the chat to get my order replaced. Super stoked to get my seeds started and will buy from them again. Thank you Herbies!!”

“Once this company has your money they change the face completely and there are many rules that will be having them keeping your money for up to 2 months. My seed are lost for 25 days , i payed via Wise because the sales representative offered me to get all the seed in 10 to 16 days and paying trough wise will warranted me to recieve the seed faster. After 26 days customer service only answers me via email , now they need to wait more time to declare the seeds lost, then they will only tranfer the money via bank that will take another 30 to 40 days. So think twice before paying one cent to this people, they are shameless. they are here to keep your money until you are tired of asking, they want to keep your money even if you dont recieve the seeds.”

“So much for stealth packaging. Received a letter from customs, seeds destroyed.. only thing I got was a white cotton bag they used to put seeds in. Was no thought process when it came to packing the order. Massive risk and NOT worth it.”

Although, the delivery to Australia is indeed a bit difficult, thus we strongly recommend to apply an insurance to the orders. Despite that, dominant part of our packages do arrive successfully.
