“So, after trying the samples, I decided to pick these soaps as my favorites: oatmeal&honey and activated charcoal. I have a very super duper sensitive skin and these have done miracles on me. I donât have oily skin anymore (oh yeah, I had that as well) and acne is almost gone. I only have to make sure I give the complete care to (specially) my face and thats it. After washing Iâll use both Herbneden toners, teatree&yarrow after charcoal soap for pm and rose&aloe after oatmeal soap for am. The I would use the rose&chamomille serum to seal the routine. Since Iâm allergic to turmeric, I opted for the charcoal soap, thought It would be too harsh on my skin but surprisingly was not! I officially declare myself an herbneden fan. I just ordered a bunch of my favorite soaps and im looking forward to receive it!! Oh and body oils too. Geez im a fan I tell yaaaaa”
“Customer service and presentation needs to be addressed. I was excited to support a black business in my state. I was thinking of ordering the $500 everything basket for Christmas gifts but decided to buy the travel sizes to try the products first. Placed order online for pick up but had to call to see if order was complete after 3 days. Told the order would be ready by the time I arrived. I got there 3 hours later and one of the helper started throwing my items in a paper bag and handed it to me. The soaps are all different sizes, looks like a piece broke off and the said, âgood enoughâ. ( I tried to post pics with the review but I wasnât allowed to post them.) One of the soaps didnât have a label. The cashier actually picked up an Everything soap bar out the box of other Everything soap bars, without a label, and thought that was good enough to give a customer. I got two mini oils and they have different bottles and different tops. Presentation is an important aspect if you want your business to grow. I did get a chance to use the Neem and Chlorella soap and the Lemongrass and Patchouli oil. Both smell wonderful! The soap left my skin feeling smooth yet filmy and the oil was very light, my skin drank it in quickly. I may buy/ try the products again but if Iâm in the area.”
